The role
Own end-to-end development and launch of high-priority initiatives within a cross-functional BD & Ops engine, from concept to scale.
Identify and evaluate opportunities that deliver impact for members and partners, collaborating with product, clinical, growth, and finance.
Serve as the de facto GM for early-stage efforts—validating market needs, building the business case, overseeing implementation, and delivering early results.
Develop a repeatable launch function with tools and processes to quickly evaluate, pressure-test, and scale new opportunities.
Bring 7+ years in healthcare strategy and operations with a proven record of building and scaling initiatives from concept to launch.
Exhibit strong financial acumen, exceptional communication with C-suite stakeholders, and a bias for action in ambiguous environments.
