Advise employers on health and welfare benefit plans, ensuring compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA.
Manage active ERISA and benefits matters with minimal supervision in a fast-paced defense-oriented practice.
Assist with retirement plans, executive compensation, and benefits-related transactional work.
Draft clear, business-oriented guidance for sophisticated corporate clients.
Collaborate across the national defense platform to deliver integrated employee benefits advice.
Demonstrate proactive ownership, strong communication, and ability to handle matters independently.
