The role
As a Home Sales Inspector, you conduct in-home inspections from attics to crawlspaces, assess pest-control needs, and deliver tailored solutions. You’ll build trust during consultations, present recommendations, and close deals using an iPad-based sales system. You’ll grow the business with provided leads and your own drive while safely operating a company vehicle. First-year earnings typically range from $70,000 to $95,000 base plus commission, with potential to exceed based on performance.
