The role
Oversee all financial operations, including planning, reporting, and compliance, to support organizational goals.
Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements with accuracy and timely delivery.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with company initiatives.
Mentor and develop the finance team while implementing and optimizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).
Maintain regulatory compliance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
