The role
Own and lead the Project Management Service Line with full accountability for delivery excellence across Preston, Manchester and Liverpool. Build and retain a high-performing team, set delivery standards, and ensure projects are completed on time, to spec and surpass client expectations. Drive growth through client relationships, pipeline management and cross-office collaboration, while mentoring future leaders and contributing to strategic direction and equity opportunities. Act as a senior voice in leadership and governance, breaking down silos and aligning practice across offices. This is a long-term leadership role focused on outcomes, not just activity.
