The role
Lead the operationalization of enterprise risk processes, maintaining the risk register and tracking mitigations and committee follow-through.
Own client due diligence, onboarding risk reviews, RFIs, and access control governance in collaboration with Security.
Coordinate cross-functional compliance by translating BSA/AML, Nacha, OCC, FFIEC, and GLBA guidance into actionable actions.
Embed risk assessments, approval thresholds, and exception logging into product development and onboarding workflows.
Prepare for audits, manage vendor risk, and drive remediation cycles with centralized documentation and governance.
Build scalable dashboards and KRIs to support executive and board reporting while integrating risk checks into Salesforce and procurement processes.
