The role
Provide transactional legal support for technology and media initiatives, focusing on commercial and data-related matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including SaaS, data processing, licensing, sales, vendor, and online terms.
Advise on copyright licenses, content distribution, technology licenses, and other IP-adjacent contracts.
Counsel on privacy, data protection, and information security to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to translate legal risk into practical business guidance and build scalable templates and processes.
Monitor regulatory developments, support strategic transactions, and brief senior leadership on key legal matters.
