Adjunct Faculty – OB or Peds Nursing (BSN required)
Teach and mentor ASN nursing students in obstetrics or pediatrics through didactic and clinical instruction. Deliver evidence-based content, assess learning outcomes, and foster student engagement to support achievement. BSN is required for clinical instruction; MSN is required for didactic instruction; active Alabama RN license or multistate license. Demonstrate subject matter expertise, effective communication, and strong pedagogical skills. Promote diversity, utilize technology in teaching, and assess student learning outcomes to drive improvement. Adapt to morning or afternoon class schedules and contribute to ongoing program development and success.
