The role
Deliver engaging group fitness sessions aligned with the club program, guiding members toward their goals.
Design straightforward, equipment-safe workouts and provide clear instruction on proper usage.
Facilitate and manage class schedules, ensuring participation meets club size requirements.
Meet with members to discuss goals and tailor safe, effective progress plans.
Support front desk operations, including check-ins, sign-ups, tours, and updating member accounts.
Address member concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary to maintain a welcoming experience.
