The role
Lead engineering initiatives across warehouse and omnichannel operations, focusing on slotting, material handling, labor management, and automation.
Drive standardization of processes, reporting, and performance metrics in partnership with site leaders to enable continuous improvement.
Evaluate and validate engineering solutions for new sales proposals and assist with pricing and scope changes for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and share best practices across operations and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain standardized program status reporting, timelines, and resource planning for operations and corporate engineering.
Travel up to 40% US-wide to support regional locations, leveraging WMS, MHE, PLCs, AutoCAD layouts, and Lean methodologies.
