The role
As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will oversee creator portfolios, help talent grow their audiences, and monetize their content.
Scout, sign, and onboard new creators, focusing on both emerging and established influencers.
Negotiate brand and label partnerships and develop content strategies and campaigns for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to shape talent strategy and expand the roster.
Work autonomously in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with flexible hours.
Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, adaptability, and a proactive hustle to drive results.
