The role
Analyze complex billing data to uncover actionable insights that drive pricing, revenue, and operational efficiency.
Work with extremely large datasets, building SQL-driven analyses and visualizations for stakeholders across GTM, Accounting, Finance, and Tax.
Triangulate tickets to identify misbilling, determine refunds or clawbacks, and support month-end close with data validation.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve data quality, automate processes, and strengthen financial reporting and audits.
Collaborate with FinSys engineering to define product solutions and share knowledge to strengthen the team.
Operate across US and India time zones, balancing deep technical work with clear, proactive stakeholder communication.
