The role

The IT Support Technician role provides hands-on desktop, network, and collaboration-tool support across multiple office locations, with a focus on delivering a seamless end-user experience.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in macOS, Windows, and basic Linux environments, plus VPN and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Manage device lifecycle activities such as workstation setup, software installations, peripheral support, asset tracking, and provisioning.
Deliver executive-level, white-glove IT support, including proactive AV checks and real-time troubleshooting for Google Meet rooms and conference systems.
Handle access requests, password resets, and permission changes while supporting onboarding/offboarding and maintaining security and documentation.
Travel weekly between South San Francisco, Mountain View, and San Bruno locations, and evolve the role towards automation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing via SOPs.
