The role
Traveling Construction Estimator needed to cover New Mexico with site visits to gather data for accurate estimates.
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) and able to read blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Collaborate with the owner/supervisor to collect necessary information and maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and correspondence.
Proven experience in construction estimating with strong knowledge of materials, processes, and cost control.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Vehicle provided with partial (on-the-road) duties and commission-based compensation; background check required.
