Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist will evaluate referred patients and develop individualized plans of care to improve mobility and function. Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services across all ages, implementing comprehensive, evidence-based interventions to restore and maximize function. Aim to relieve or reduce pain, improve activity tolerance, and prevent disability following disease or injury. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes. Requirements include graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, licensure in New Jersey or eligibility, and CPR certification (or completion within 6 months of employment). On-site role in Azerables with a patient-centered approach and commitment to quality care.
