The role
The role involves contributing to music development through performance, teaching, and supervising practice sessions, as well as assisting with concerts and administrative tasks within the music department. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to support diverse student groups, and experience in coaching music or activities with children. The position requires good organisational skills, a flexible attitude including unsociable hours, and a commitment to safeguarding children. Responsibilities also include supervising residential students, support in boarding house activities, and organising co-curricular clubs. The role is suitable for enthusiastic individuals capable of leading activities and supporting students’ educational and personal growth. A DBS check is mandatory to ensure safeguarding compliance.
