The role
Own global Transportation Management System (TMS) strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap, aligning with enterprise logistics objectives.
Lead end-to-end vendor selection, requirements development, RFPs, evaluation, and deployment across multiple regions and transportation modes.
Serve as principal program manager for global TMS implementation, integrations with ERP/WMS, and regional rollout.
Translate complex logistics needs into functional and technical specifications; drive standardization while accommodating regional variation.
Identify and scale automation and AI-enabled use cases—predictive ETAs, exception management, carrier insights, and cost optimization.
Establish governance, KPIs, dashboards, and change management plans; own post-deployment enhancements and ongoing optimization, ensuring compliance.
