The role
Labour Relations Advisor:
Negotiate and enforce collective agreements, provide staff assistance, and coordinate activities during negotiations.
Requires 5+ years experience with Canada Labour Code, Labour Relations Act, and Trade Unions Act, preferably in aviation.
Bachelor's degree in Labour Law or related field required
