The role
Handle a substantial caseload in defense litigation, primarily involving general liability matters.
Must be licensed to practice in Nevada; trial experience strongly preferred.
Draft and file pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda; manage written discovery.
Take depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses; conduct legal research.
Prepare case evaluations, status reports, and coordinate with clients, claim professionals, opposing counsel, and staff for timely progression.
Assist with mediations, arbitration, and court appearances; demonstrate strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
