The role
This is a performance-driven recruiting role designed to develop client-facing sales skills and prepare you to advance into an Account Manager role within 12–18 months.
You will make 50–75 outbound calls daily to build candidate pipelines and source top talent for client openings.
You will screen, qualify, and submit candidates with urgency, partnering with Account Managers to drive revenue.
You will learn client management and business development fundamentals while mastering prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing.
This position suits competitive, target-driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and seek an uncapped commission potential.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 1+ year of work experience, bilingual Spanish a plus; base salary $40K with uncapped commissions and a full benefits package after 90 days.
