The role

The role involves collaborating with leadership teams to drive HR initiatives, managing succession planning and talent acquisition procedures, and advising on associate relations and benefits management. Candidates with a minimum of five years' HR generalist experience and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources are preferred, along with CHRL accreditation.
