The role
Lead the design and delivery of GenAI and AI/ML solutions, including enterprise-grade infrastructure and scalable architectures.
Serve as a trusted partner to executive technology stakeholders, guiding decisions through influence and clear communication.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to design, validate, and deploy solutions delivering measurable business value.
Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives and projects, balancing scope, risk, and delivery timelines.
Align data science, engineering, and business stakeholders to define architecture for key use-cases across multiple lines of business.
Qualifications: 10-13+ years in software; 6+ years delivering production-grade Python/AI; cloud experience; strong leadership and communication; risk/governance familiarity.
