The role
Work side-by-side with senior leadership to evaluate, structure, and execute single-asset transactions across diverse industries with unique capital needs.
Manage live capital-raising processes from start to finish, including coordinating investor outreach, participating in investor calls, and facilitating diligence.
Develop core corporate finance, capital-raising, and diligence skills while gaining a strong understanding of equity and debt capital markets.
Assist in positioning the client’s story to a broad investor community and help negotiate terms and optimize capital structures.
Grow through direct mentorship in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment that rewards performance with significant responsibility and senior-level exposure.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver high-quality analysis and materials using MS Office.
