Construction Estimator/Project Manager: Lead project procurement and bidding for public and private projects. 5+ years heavy civil industry experience, ODOT knowledge, Bid2Win and Heavy Bid software proficiency, excellent communication skills, and bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
