The role
The Site Finance Manager partners with the GM to drive site revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets.
Owns monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring accurate reporting and clear explanation of cost variances to standard.
Manages cost-to-standard, inventory valuation, and overhead absorption while monitoring KPIs such as DSO and on-time shipments.
Leads AR collections, cycle counts planning and monthly reporting, and approves payments within delegated authority.
Supports ERP conversion and ongoing costing system improvements, and assists with customer proposals and cost-to-delivery analysis.
Fosters collaboration across functions, communicates effectively with management, and ensures compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
