The role
Lead independent operational risk management for technology, data, and cybersecurity within Consumer and Community Banking.
Perform risk assessments, control evaluations, and risk prioritization under the firm’s Operational Risk Management Framework.
Develop data-driven risk identification and control assessment approaches, including agentic AI and advanced analytics.
Collaborate with technology, risk control, and business teams; translate findings into clear, persuasive communications for senior audiences.
Monitor KPIs and KRIs, manage the book of work, and support regulatory reviews and New Business Initiative approvals.
Apply scenario analysis, threat modeling, and automated risk investigation to anticipate emerging risks and drive continuous improvement.
