The role
An Industrial Engineering Analyst will develop and manage models for manufacturing capacity, labour planning, and cost optimisation, supporting decision-making across production and operational teams. The role requires proficiency in manufacturing systems, analytics, and data visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL. They will conduct performance and scrap analysis, facilitate process improvements, and create dashboards and reports. Collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams is essential to optimise factory operations and capacity expansion.
