The role
Lead and scale data-science operations across the client landscape in the LAC region, translating analytic work into measurable business outcomes.
Develop and maintain operational frameworks, streamline delivery with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Governance teams, and remove bottlenecks.
Ensure data privacy, security, and model risk management across all processes.
Design dashboards using Tableau or Power BI and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define analyses, transfer technical knowledge, and document projects with clear code and documentation.
Leverage AI tools to automate tasks, improve analytical workflows, and support hybrid work arrangements.
