The role
Factory production operatives are required in Small Heath, Birmingham, to work with hand and power tools, operate machinery and meet production and quality standards. The role demands prior production experience and reliable attendance, with good access to public transport. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:00, contributing to a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position. Employees will receive weekly pay and comprehensive training to support their duties. The role offers an entry point into permanent employment within a manufacturing environment, where safety and efficiency are priorities.
