The role
An organisation in Glasgow is seeking an Industrial Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations from concept through to delivery and repair. The role involves developing and reviewing manufacturing processes, supporting new product introductions, managing non-conformance and engineering changes, and implementing continuous improvements using Lean techniques. Candidates should have experience in manufacturing engineering processes, strong stakeholder management skills, and relevant engineering education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry tools such as Oracle and Palma is preferred.
