The role
A plumber with 2-5 years of building maintenance experience undertakes domestic and commercial plumbing repairs across various properties including social housing, schools, and heritage sites. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults, fitting sanitary ware, pipework, and servicing systems, ensuring high quality standards. The role requires effective communication with residents and colleagues, adherence to health and safety regulations, and flexibility to work out of hours and respond to emergencies. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent is essential. Candidates must pass a Basic DBS check to be considered for this position.
