The role
Lead a high-performing engineering team focused on building and maintaining the global User Graph, ensuring data integrity and reliability at scale.
Own the technical roadmap and delivery for the User API surface, enabling seamless multi-product integration and ML-driven insights.
Drive the User Decisioning Layer to support returning user recognition and authentication across various experiences.
Collaborate with product, ML, and data teams to tackle identity, graph integrity, and trust challenges in a financial services context.
Mentor engineers, promote engineering excellence, and grow capabilities in graph models, APIs, and data services.
Operate in a fast-paced environment with global users and large financial institutions, delivering reliable, scalable systems.
