The role
Seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack who will drive the AI Assisted and Agentic Product Development initiative by embedding AI capabilities into engineering workflows. You will identify AI-driven solutions to reduce workload and to improve efficiency for engineers across the development lifecycle. You will manage complex AI projects, ensuring alignment with goals, milestones, and measurable outcomes. You will write code and implement plans that integrate AI tools into existing workflows to boost productivity, scalability, and reliability. You will coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI solutions and drive adoption. You will mentor less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, high-quality delivery, and engineering excellence.
