The role
Lead and mentor a team of ML engineers to design, evaluate, and ship high-impact ML features.
Frame product problems into ML opportunities and identify where learning can deliver customer value.
Conduct exploratory data analysis, research suitable algorithms, and run offline evaluations to gather evidence.
Develop prototypes and collaborate with engineers to bring them into production while monitoring real user impact.
Communicate learnings to stakeholders, raise technical standards for reliability, and drive operational excellence.
Based in London with a hybrid in-person/remote setup; requires 5-8 years of applied ML experience and advanced ML education.
