Assistant Maintenance Manager

Jointly responsible for all hotel maintenance issues, including daily checks and equipment repairs. Diagnose, service, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure safe and reliable operations. Maintain fixtures and fittings, address unsafe conditions, and support health and safety across the property. Coordinate special projects and assist the maintenance manager with emergency programs and long-term improvements. Lead energy conservation efforts, including the LightStay program, and run monthly safety inspections to minimize risk and costs. Deliver excellent guest and member experiences through proactive maintenance, strong teamwork, and adaptable problem-solving.
