Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) - Aviation
Join a fast-paced aviation services team and deliver elite customer service to crew and passengers. Provide concierge services, make reservations, and prepare invoicing for services rendered. Coordinate with ground personnel for proactive aircraft service; log customer preferences in the internal system. Maintain front desk and lobby areas, ensure hospitality bar is stocked, and communicate with guests via in-person, phone, and radio to address concerns.
