The role
Lead the monthly management accounts process, year-end, and audits, while managing and developing a small finance team.
Own strong financial control and Management Information (MI), delivering robust commercial analysis to drive decision making.
Shape and execute a three-year growth strategy, including M&A and investment opportunities, in collaboration with the MD and SLT.
Oversee external banking, insurance, and investment partnerships, ensuring prudent governance and treasury management.
Partner across the business to foster finance ownership, providing board-level leadership and performance oversight.
Enable cross-functional decision making through project accounting, pricing and cost control, and clear stakeholder communication.
