The role
Lead research and prototyping of cutting-edge generative AI techniques, including reasoning post-training and RL methods.
Contribute to training language models to improve internal processes and developer tooling for high-performance chip platforms.
Translate advanced AI concepts into clear, engaging educational content for a broad developer audience.
Stay current with the latest generative model research and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and public-facing materials.
Develop skills in GPU kernel programming, Triton, or DSLs to optimize performance and scalability.
Collaborate in fast-paced, cross-functional teams to translate research into practical prototypes and learning content.
