The role
Lead and execute civil site design across a range of projects, including site layouts, grading, drainage, paving, and utilities.
Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and develop clear specifications and contract documents.
Navigate permitting processes and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Tackle complex design challenges, applying judgment and evolving engineering techniques as needed.
Serve as a technical expert and, on larger projects, contribute as Project Manager while mentoring staff.
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver projects that positively impact communities and programs.
