The role
Develop and apply cutting-edge machine learning in real-time, large-scale search systems serving billions of requests.
Leverage NLP and multimodal models to enhance search relevance and user experience.
Own core systems for query understanding, result ranking, and query recommendations.
Provide technical leadership to shape search strategy, recall, ranking, reliability, and system architecture.
Design and implement scalable algorithms with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Mentor teammates, deliver coaching, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet product goals.
