The role
Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers focused on bipolar disorder, driving sales performance and strategic engagement.
Develop and execute account plans, align with senior leadership, and optimize cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.
Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize team impact and professional growth.
Build senior-level relationships with key accounts, KOLs, and healthcare system stakeholders to drive patient access and outcomes.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze market and competitive data, and adjust plans to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Ensure activities comply with regulatory guidelines, corporate policies, and ethical standards, leveraging CRM and data analytics to report progress.
