The role
A Band 6 MSK physiotherapist is responsible for assessing and treating adults with musculoskeletal conditions within an outpatient setting. The role involves developing personalised, evidence-based treatment plans and monitoring patient progress to facilitate recovery. They will provide advice, education, and self-management strategies to support patients, ensuring accurate clinical documentation in line with standards. The position requires collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams and the ability to work independently. Candidates should have a physiotherapy degree, current HCPC registration, and relevant outpatient MSK experience. The role is a locum contract offering ongoing work at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital within Hampshire NHS.
