The role
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to grow online presence and engage diverse audiences.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to create and optimize content calendars, posts, and platform-specific campaigns across major channels.
Drive partnerships and event coverage, coordinating with Events/Partnerships teams to maximize reach and impact.
Establish a continuous test-and-learn cadence, measure KPIs, and refine strategies with analytics insights.
Lead community management efforts and monitor brand mentions to inform sentiment, trends, and opportunities.
Stay current on platform trends and tools (Meltwater, Sprout), guiding creative and analytical decision-making.
