The role
Lead the design, development, and implementation of on-prem MLOps solutions that enable reliable model delivery.
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to build scalable data pipelines and efficient training and deployment workflows.
Develop and maintain monitoring and management tools to ensure the reliability and performance of the MLOps infrastructure.
Understand stakeholders' ML needs and translate them into practical MLOps solutions and roadmaps.
Stay current with trends in MLOps, LLMOps, and AI, sharing knowledge to keep the team at the cutting edge.
Mentor junior team members and assist with troubleshooting and debugging user issues.
