The role
Provide precise phlebotomy services (venipuncture) across diverse patient populations, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Be the first point of contact, delivering empathetic, C-I-CARE inspired interactions and ensuring a welcoming, on-brand environment.
Perform front desk duties including check-in/check-out, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and patient follow-up.
Support extended clinical tasks such as EKGs/ECGs, vitals, vaccines, PPD testing, and non-blood specimen collection.
Maintain accurate specimen labeling and handling, inventory, sterilization, and compliance with DOH reporting and medical records review.
Collaborate with providers and virtual care teams, master our technology stack, and adapt to evolving patient needs with empathy and professionalism.
