The role
Lead the development and operation of AI Platform SRE initiatives focused on issues and incident management.
Develop AI SRE agents and chatbots using LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph to enhance driver experiences and marketplace efficiency.
Build scalable full-stack solutions, including cloud-based backends and efficient web interfaces.
Write high-quality code in Go and Python, perform design reviews, and deploy ML pipelines integrated with infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call rotations and post-mortems.
Maintain strong ownership, system design, and documentation to ensure scalability, reliability, and fast delivery.
