Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, and process purchases accurately.
Upsell products, provide product recommendations, and assist with the food program as needed.
Lead shifts and supervise entry-level staff, gaining hands-on management experience.
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, inside and outside, while delivering fast, friendly service.
Collaborate with a motivated team to meet daily goals and ensure consistent on-site attendance.
Participate in comprehensive training and contribute ideas to improve customer experiences.
