The role
This is a zero-to-one, hands-on Data Scientist role to establish the data science function and data-driven culture.
You will design the data stack, build source-of-truth dashboards, and enable self-serve analytics for the entire organization.
Define north-star metrics, design experiments, and quantify the impact of product changes and model deployments.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.
Translate complex data into clear narratives that align stakeholders and guide product, growth, and research.
You will work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution.
