The role
Proactive Health & Safety Assistant supporting project and site teams across construction projects.
Collaborates with the Health & Safety Manager to maintain high safety standards, compliance, and best practices.
Assists with risk assessments, toolbox talks, permits to work, and incident investigations.
Supports monitoring of site safety performance, audits, and reporting.
Contributes to training coordination, PPE management, and safety communications.
Ideal for building a long-term career in construction health and safety through hands-on experience.
