The role
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you'll drive new business by proactively contacting homeowners and potential sellers.
You will qualify opportunities, build rapport over the phone, and convert conversations into high-potential leads.
Your focus is to book valuation appointments for branch teams to support local growth.
You'll research local markets and use online tools to identify fresh opportunities in target areas.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences, maintain accurate call notes and data, and nurture long-term relationships.
